About Us
Jessica Leitner, MSW
Jessica has over 35 years experience in: Advocacy, Training, Consultation, Strategic Planning, Facilitation, Coaching, Policy Development, Program review and more. She has dedicated her life to the support of adults and families with Developmental Disabilities.
Background
Jessica got her start in the field, in the 1980's working in the public school system. After graduating from college, she pursued a career in social work through Multnomah County. There she developed community integration programs before moving on to the region and then Clackamas County Mental Health. After 20 years in government service, Jessica moved to the non-profit sector, where she managed a large residential and employment agency. She has worked in nearly every capacity in the field of Developmental Disabilities.

Our mission is to be that extra set of hands that can move projects and initiatives forward that too often fall to the bottom of the list. We offer consulting services throughout Oregon.
