There she developed community integration programs before moving on to the region and then Clackamas County Mental Health. After 20 years in government service, Jessica moved to the non-profit sector, where she managed a large residential and employment agency. She has worked in nearly every capacity in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
"Helping those who help those with Developmental Disabilities."
In an ever-changing field, organizations find themselves struggling to keep up with the demands of regulation, and their funders, while still maintaining quality care. Our mission is to be that extra set of hands that can move projects and initiatives forward that too often fall to the bottom of the list. We offer consulting services in Oregon, and management coaching in Portland and the surrounding area.
