New Providers must submit a Scope Of Services. As part of your business plan, it is crucial that new providers understand the needs in the community. The Portland Metro area has NO NEED for additional providers at this time.

Jessica has over 35 years experience in: Advocacy, Training, Consultation, Strategic Planning, Facilitation, Coaching, Policy Development, Program review and more. She has dedicated her life to the support of adults and families with Developmental Disabilities.
Jessica got her start in the field, in the 1980's working in the public school system. After graduating from college, she pursued a career in social work through Multnomah County. There she developed community integration programs before moving on to the region and then Clackamas County Mental Health. After 20 years in government service, Jessica moved to the non-profit sector, where she managed a large residential and employment agency. She has worked in nearly every capacity in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
